Nights | 13-Week Contract
A busy Emergency Department in Cypress, TX is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift contract position. This is a fast-paced ED environment managing a diverse patient population with a full scope of emergency presentations.
Shift & Schedule
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Rotating weekends required; no on-call obligation
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
Clinical Scope
The ED team manages acute and emergent cases including stroke (tPA administration), STEMI care, orthopedic injuries, laceration repair, and resuscitation. Nurses function in bedside, , and charge roles across each shift.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
- Active RN license (Texas or compact)
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
