Medical/Surgical Oncology RN – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse for its oncology step-down unit. You'll provide care to patients with complex diagnoses, including oncology and sickle cell disease, in a fast-paced environment requiring clinical skill and compassion.
Shift & Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
- 36 guaranteed hours weekly
- 89-week contract (approximately 13 weeks initial assignment)
Requirements
- Current RN license (Nursys verification required)
- Minimum 2 years of specialty nursing experience in a comparable healthcare setting
- Chemotherapy certification preferred
- Work history with no gaps greater than 60 days
- No return-to-office requirements
