Position Overview
The facility seeks a Registered Dietitian for a PRN/part-time floater position covering multiple locations in Southern California (Calabasas and Agoura Hills). This 13-week contract offers 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum in Nutrition or related human services field (Master's degree preferred)
- Current Registered Dietitian credential
- At least one year of healthcare experience; psychiatric setting experience strongly preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required before start date
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee meal preparation and nutritional services for clients; ensure compliance with established standards and regulations
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and monitor client nutrition intake
- Participate as an active treatment team member in developing and implementing Master Treatment Plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of all nutritional services and client progress
Shift Details
- 8-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- PRN/part-time schedule with guaranteed hours over 13 weeks
- Multi-location float assignment
