Ultrasound Technologist — Morgantown, WV
13-Week Contract | Days 4x10 (07:00–17:00)
This ultrasound position serves a broad patient population ranging from neonates through geriatrics, with a daily census of 30–45 patients across a multi-room imaging department. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
Schedule & Coverage
- 4x10-hour day shifts
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- On-call rotation required
- Float may be required
Clinical Scope
Candidates should be comfortable performing a wide range of studies, including:
- OB imaging across all three trimesters (fetal anatomical surveys, Doppler, multiple gestations, transvaginal)
- Abdominal imaging (liver, gallbladder, pancreas, renal, aorta, bladder)
- Breast imaging and cyst aspiration
- Vascular studies (carotid, upper and lower extremity arterial/venous, renal artery duplex)
- Ultrasound-guided biopsies and fine needle aspiration
- Pediatric and neonatal imaging
Required Certifications
- ARDMS (OB/GYN, Abdomen, Breast, and/or RVT credentials strongly preferred)
- BLS
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in OB, Breast, Vascular, and Abdominal imaging
- OB experience is required
Additional Details
- Pending ARDMS certification will be considered
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
- Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
