Radiology Technologist – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract on the night shift. You'll work in a busy radiology department performing a high volume of imaging studies in a fast-paced acute care setting.
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 3 shifts per week (36 guaranteed hours)
- Weekends and holidays required
- Call may be required
- No float to other departments
Clinical Scope
You'll perform general radiography, OR c-arm fluoroscopy, and portable imaging studies. The department averages 400 scans daily across 5 imaging rooms. An in-house radiologist is available 24/7 for support and consultation.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist)
- BLS certification
- West Virginia State License
- Valid driver's license (residency must be outside 50 miles from the facility)
- Strong c-arm and fluoroscopy experience
Work Environment
- Department-specific orientation provided
- Scrubs supplied by the facility
- No IV insertion required
- 2-shift cancellation policy per 13-week contract
