Labor & Delivery RN — Night Shift | Irving, TX | 13-Week Contract

This Labor & Delivery opportunity requires candidates with charge experience and a willingness to take charge assignments. The unit is a dedicated L&D environment managing obstetric patients across the full spectrum of labor, delivery, and associated interventions.

Shift & Schedule

• Nights: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 4 weekend shifts per month required
• No on-call requirement

Clinical Scope

• Full Labor & Delivery patient population
• Circulate C-sections
• Charge nurse responsibilities as assigned
• Float as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience
• Active Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications required
• Charge experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• RNC certification

Dress Code

• Scrubs provided by the facility
• Nails: clean and healthy
• Hair: neat, no extreme styles or colors; facial hair must be well-groomed
• Tattoos should be covered when possible
• Visible piercings limited to ears only
