Labor & Delivery | Night Shift | Galion, OH
This 13-week contract places you in a Labor & Delivery unit on a night schedule — 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week.
Float Requirement
Candidates must be prepared to float across three campuses as needed. Flexibility across all locations is required for this role.
Schedule & On-Call
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12)
- If placed on call, you must be able to arrive on-site within one hour of being called in
- No time off approved for major holidays; any pre-approved time off must be disclosed at submission
Requirements
- Valid Ohio or compact RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of recent, continuous L&D experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
Preferred
- Prior charge experience
- Community hospital background
Additional Details
- Up to 8 hours of pre-start online modules required (non-billable, completed before your first shift)
- Two recent supervisory references required
- Clean work history required; prior terminations or contract cancellations will affect eligibility
