Labor & Delivery RN — Night Shift
Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for nights (7 PM–7 AM) in a non-teaching hospital environment. This 12-week contract offers autonomy and hands-on clinical practice in a supportive team setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform cervical exams and assessments
- Circulate during cesarean sections
- Attend deliveries and assist with infant care
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced L&D unit
- Work independently with clinical confidence
Requirements
- Current RN license (active)
- Must reside within 100 miles of the facility
- Active driver's license required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) — Intermediate or Advanced level
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
Schedule & Contract Details
- Shift: 12-hour nights, 7 PM–7 AM
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Hours: Guaranteed hours provided
- Weekends & holidays: As assigned
