Shift & Schedule
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Every other weekend required; the unit works with reasonable schedule requests
Unit Overview
This general medical/surgical unit provides well-rounded, foundational med/surg care. The team includes charge nurses, RNs, patient care technicians, and unit secretaries — ensuring strong support throughout each shift. Travelers rotate floating responsibilities as needed.
What You'll Need
- Active RN license (or eligibility to practice in Tennessee)
- BLS certification
- Solid medical/surgical knowledge and clinical fundamentals
- Ability to maintain patient communication tools (whiteboards) per facility standards
Dress Code
Navy blue, black, royal blue, or any shade of gray scrubs
