RN – ICU (Night Shift, Part-Time)

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide coordinated, high-quality care in the ICU. You will work nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a part-time basis, supervising and directing nursing staff while collaborating across disciplines to deliver safe, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze patient health data; develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Supervise and coordinate duties of assigned nursing staff.
• Deliver direct patient care in an ICU setting, managing acute and critical patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families; participate in discharge planning.
• Delegate appropriately and maintain a safe, healing environment.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in California.
• Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC approved).
• ACLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• PALS certification (AHA or ARC).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Position Details

• Schedule: Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), part-time (24 hours per week).
• Duration: 13-week contract.
• Start Date: November 16, 2026.
• Location: Tehachapi, CA.
