Telemetry / Med-Surg RN — Night Shift | Greer, SC | 13-Week Contract

This night-shift travel opportunity is on an adult medical telemetry unit caring for adult and geriatric patients with a variety of medical and cardiac diagnoses. The unit is supported by a strong interdisciplinary team including respiratory services, physical therapy, pharmacy, IV teams, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and lift teams.

Shift & Schedule

• 3x12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract, starting November 16, 2026
• Floating to other units/campuses is required based on census needs; float assignments will match your demonstrated competencies

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience (1+ year considered for strong candidates)
• EKG interpretation and telemetry monitoring skills
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of electronic health record experience required

Orientation & Onboarding

• Orientation held every Monday
• Pre-assignment modules must be completed within 48 hours of receiving system access (up to 16 hours reimbursable)
• Annual compliance training required

Additional Details

• Flu vaccine required; no exemptions accepted
• COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Travelers must meet minimum distance requirements from all system facilities to be eligible
• Extensions are subject to a consecutive contract limit; travelers working three consecutive 13-week contracts will need to explore conversion or take a minimum six-month break before returning as a traveler
