About the Role
The facility's NICU provides comprehensive care for high-acuity neonates across a dedicated unit. You'll work alongside a supportive clinical team including a Charge RN, Code Neonatal RN, Clerk, and Milk Tech.
As a functional float, you will rotate across all units within the Women's Hospital and related departments. You will not carry a patient assignment; instead, you'll provide flexible staffing support where needed most.
Requirements
- Current RN license (Nursys verification required)
- Current certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility with scheduling and floating assignments
- Clinical experience in neonatal or high-acuity pediatric care preferred
What to Expect
- Navy blue scrubs
- Comprehensive onboarding including specialty exams, core competencies, and system training
- Standard pre-employment health screenings and vaccinations (MMR, Tdap, Influenza, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB screening, and drug screen)
- Background check and reference verification
