About the Role
Join the NICU team at the facility's women's services unit. You'll provide direct patient care to neonates requiring specialized interventions and monitoring. Unit Overview
The NICU manages high-acuity and intermediate-care neonates. You'll work alongside Charge RNs, Code Neonatal RNs, nursing clerks, and milk technicians in a collaborative environment. Navy blue scrubs required.
Requirements
- Current RN license (verification required)
- NICU experience and competency
- Willingness to float across hospital units
- Onboarding includes facility-specific competency exams, orientation checklists, and skills validation
- Standard immunization and health screening requirements (MMR, Tdap, Varicella, Hepatitis B, influenza vaccine, TB screening, fit testing)
- EPLS certification required
- Background check and employment verification required
What to Expect
Flexible scheduling in a fast-paced NICU environment. Float responsibilities mean variety and exposure to different patient populations and clinical settings.
