RN – Maternity/Labor & Delivery – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a registered nurse for its maternity unit on a 13-week travel assignment. You'll work nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with every other weekend scheduled. This role includes occasional support to the medical-surgical unit as needed.

Shift Details

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend
• Monday–Sunday work week
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Quick start available

What You'll Do

Provide direct patient care in labor and delivery, supporting expectant mothers and newborns through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery. You'll collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and the broader maternity team. When flexibility allows, you may assist on the medical-surgical unit to support facility operations.

Requirements

• Current RN license (New York)
• Maternity/L&D experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and rotating weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
