Night Acute Care RN Supervisor
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the night shift in acute care. This is a leadership role focused on ensuring high-quality patient care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining clinical standards during overnight hours.
Shift & Schedule
- Night shift (hours to be confirmed in interview)
- Every other weekend required
- 24 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week contract
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care across acute care units
- Monitor patient safety and clinical quality standards
- Support nursing team with clinical and operational challenges
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
- Address staffing needs and ensure appropriate unit coverage
Qualifications
- Current RN license (state required)
- Proven supervisory or charge nurse experience in acute care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work nights and every other weekend
