Medical Laboratory Technologist – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist for night shift coverage in the clinical laboratory. This is a 13-week contract role.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week, 4 days per week
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every third weekend required
- Guaranteed 40 hours weekly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of MLT experience
- ASCP certification or equivalent
- Travel healthcare experience preferred
What You'll Do
You'll perform routine and specialized laboratory testing, process patient specimens, operate laboratory instrumentation, and ensure accurate results within quality standards. Night shift work includes independent problem-solving and communication with nursing and clinical staff.
