Neuro Med/Surg RN — Night Shift | Nashville, TN

This 13-week travel contract places you on a Neuro Med/Surg unit in Nashville, TN, working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Schedule & Contract Details

• 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 guaranteed hours)
• 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4-week schedule
• Contract duration: 13 weeks
• Start date: November 16, 2026

Unit Overview

The unit cares for neurological and general med/surg patients in an acute care setting. Clinical responsibilities include IV insertion, basic wound care, and management of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes. Tech support is available on both day and night shifts; a unit secretary covers daytime hours.

Float Policy

Contract staff float first and rotate when multiple travel clinicians are scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Med/Surg experience with strong ability to prioritize and multitask

Dress Code

• Navy scrubs (tops and bottoms)
