Med/Surg Telemetry RN — Night Shift | Euclid, OH | 13-Week Contract

This facility is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for night shift coverage on a 13-week travel contract.

Shift Details

• 3 x 12-hour nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Must work at least every other holiday
• Start date: November 13, 2026

Clinical Scope

You'll care for a medical/surgical telemetry population requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and rhythm assessment. During orientation, you will complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and a medication safety assessment; two attempts are permitted to achieve a passing score on each.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active, in-hand Ohio permanent RN license or valid compact state license
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Telemetry charting experience within the past 6 months required
• One managerial reference (Manager, ANM, Supervisor, or Director) from an assignment worked within the past 12 months — co-worker references are not accepted
• No open background or license cases
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing

Additional Notes

• Local candidates are welcome
• Pre-start modules average 6–15 hours and are completed prior to your start date
• Extensions are available for up to 18 months of continuous service, after which a 6-month break is required
