Registered Nurse – Med/Surg

Position Overview

The facility seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated care for a patient or assigned group of patients in a medical-surgical setting. You will supervise and direct nursing staff activities, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and apply critical thinking and independent judgment to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient assessment data to inform care planning
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using the nursing process
• Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff at various levels
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe, healing environment
• Evaluate patient progress and modify interventions as needed
• Provide patient and family education
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Delegate appropriately and coordinate healthcare team duties

Requirements

• RN licensure in the state of practice (required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• At least two years of recent acute care experience

Assignment Details

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (days)
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: November 9, 2026
• Location: Lodi, California
