Registered Nurse (RN) — Evening Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated care and provide clinical leadership on an assigned unit. You will supervise and direct nursing staff activities, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and apply critical thinking to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Contract Duration: 12 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Start Date: November 9, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze patient health data to determine diagnoses and care needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Supervise and coordinate duties of nursing and healthcare team members
- Provide patient and family education to support health promotion and safe recovery
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Evaluate patient progress toward established outcomes
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in California
- Current BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Willingness to supervise and mentor nursing staff
