Pharmacist — Acute Care | Night Shift | Houston, TX
Contract: 13 weeks | Start Date: November 16, 2026
Shift: 10-hour nights, 8:30 PM – 6:30 AM | 7 on / 7 off
This acute care pharmacy role is based within a high-acuity academic hospital environment specializing in advanced cardiac care, comprehensive oncology, and multi-organ transplantation (heart, lung, liver, and kidney). The facility serves a complex, global patient population and supports a robust community of rotating medical learners.
Schedule & Hours
- Four 10-hour night shifts per week (8:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
- 7 on / 7 off rotation
- Guaranteed 72 hours per two-week period
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience
- Strong clinical background in high-acuity care
- BLS Certification required
- Active pharmacist license required for submission
Additional Details
- Cancellation policy: up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
