Position Overview

The facility is seeking an RN for its Level 3 NICU. This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift & Schedule

• 06:45 AM – 07:15 PM
• Flexibility required
• No block scheduling

Unit Details

You'll work in a busy neonatal intensive care unit providing care to high-acuity newborns. The unit is supported by a team including Charge RNs, Code Neonatal RNs, clerks, and lactation specialists. As a functional float, you may be assigned to support other units within the Women's Hospital as census demands, though you will not carry a patient assignment during float shifts.

Requirements

• Current RN license (verification required)
• NICU nursing experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with potential float assignments
• Completion of required onboarding, including health screening, vaccinations (MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap), TB testing (2-step PPD or IGRA), and fit testing
• PALS certification required for onboarding
• Criminal background check clearance

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed: 36 hours per week
• Start date: November 8, 2026
