Unit Overview

Join a Level 3 NICU caring for high-acuity neonatal patients. You'll work alongside a collaborative team including Charge RN, Code Neonatal RN, Clerk, and Milk Tech.

Your Role

You'll function as a float RN across multiple units within the Women's Hospital. While floating, you will not carry a patient assignment. This role offers excellent exposure to diverse clinical settings and patient populations within the facility.

Required Credentials & Licenses

• Current RN license (Nursys verification required)
• Valid Driver's License/State ID
• Two professional references
• Skills checklist completion

Health & Compliance Requirements

• MMR, Tdap, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine
• TB screening (2-step PPD or IGRA)
• Fit test, color vision test, health statement
• Criminal background check and EPLS verification

What to Expect

Navy blue scrubs required. You'll document in the facility's EHR system. Onboarding includes a specialty exam and core competencies checklist.
