Night Shift Maternity Nurse – L&D
Position Overview
Join the maternity nursing team in a dedicated birthing center providing comprehensive labor, delivery, and postpartum care. You'll support families during one of life's most meaningful moments while working alongside experienced maternity care specialists.
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekends and holidays as needed
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week contract
Unit Details
The birthing center includes private labor/delivery/recovery rooms, private postpartum rooms, and dedicated and operating areas for cesarean delivery. The unit offers a comfortable, patient-centered environment designed for privacy and family-centered care. You'll also collaborate with the facility's Level 2 Neonatal Intensive Care team to support specialized newborn care when needed.
Required Credentials
- Active RN license
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification
- NRP certification (must be obtained upon hire)

Compassionate, detail-oriented nurses who thrive in a fast-paced labor and delivery setting. You should be comfortable managing the full spectrum of obstetric care—from uncomplicated vaginal deliveries to operative births—and supporting families with empathy and clinical excellence.

All requested time off must be submitted with your application. No volunteer shift departures or refusals are permitted; guaranteed hours exclude orientation, facility closures, and holidays.
