Mid Shift | 13 Weeks
This pharmacy travel position covers a mid-day/evening schedule (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM), five 8-hour shifts per week. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend, with holiday availability as needed. Floating to other campuses within the health system may be required.
Schedule Details

Patient Population
The pharmacy serves a broad patient population spanning neonates, infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics across a high-volume acute care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Pharmacist license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience
- Proficiency in electronic order verification and dispense preparation workflows
- First-time travelers considered with strong, established operational pharmacy skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Community hospital experience
Compliance Requirements
- No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
- Active license required at submission; no open background cases permitted
- Third-party education verification required
- Pre-approved time off must be submitted with application; no post-submission RTO requests accepted
- COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
