Registered Nurse – Psychiatry
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced RN for its psychiatric unit. This is an 8-hour evening position working 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) included. No on-call responsibilities.
Schedule & Contract
- 40 hours per week, guaranteed
- 88-week contract
- Every other holiday off
- Weekends required; no on-call
Key Responsibilities
You will provide direct patient care in an acute psychiatric setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient safety, treatment plans, and recovery.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of nursing experience, including acute care
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- Current BLS certification
- CPI Blue certification (crisis prevention and intervention)
- Travel nursing experience preferred
