Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Contract Duration: 91 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 38 per week

About the Role

The facility is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join its skilled nursing team. You'll provide direct patient care in a SNF setting, working with residents across a range of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of SNF experience
• Active California SLP license
• Experience with Rehab Optima (Net Health) preferred

What to Expect

This is a day shift position offering guaranteed weekly hours and an extended contract opportunity. You'll work within the interdisciplinary rehab team to deliver individualized treatment plans, perform swallowing assessments, and support resident communication and functional goals.

This is a direct-hire, contract role ideal for an SLP looking for stability and a longer-term assignment in Northern California.
