Operating Room RN — Scrub | 13-Week Contract | Boston, MA

This OR position supports a high-volume surgical suite handling a broad range of adult specialties, including orthopedics (joint replacements, sports medicine, and oncology), gynecology, general surgery, urology, robotics, oncology, ophthalmology, ENT, plastics, and interventional pulmonology.

Shift & Schedule

• 4 × 10-hour evening shifts
• Rotation includes short call, weekend call, and night call
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (may apply at time of offer; must pursue both temporary and permanent licensure)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• 1–3 years of OR experience
• Scrub experience required
• Orthopedic surgical experience required
• EMR experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching hospital experience
• Specialty area expertise

Additional Details

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Float: Not required
• No local travelers accepted (must reside more than 50 miles from the facility)
• Candidates who have worked at this facility within the past year are not eligible
• All time-off requests must be submitted at time of application
