Night Shift Emergency Nurse – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility seeks an experienced Emergency Department nurse for a 12-hour night shift role (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This is a 13-week contract assignment with guaranteed hours of 72 per biweekly pay period (excludes on-call time).

Schedule

• 12-hour nights
• Every other weekend rotation
• No time-off requests will be approved during the contract period

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts nursing license or temporary license required at submission
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Must be willing to float to other facilities as operationally needed
• Candidates who worked at the facility within the last 6 months (permanent, per diem, or contract roles) are not eligible

Orientation & Testing

• Day-one pass/fail competency assessment (one attempt only)
• Two attempts permitted to pass Relias assessment during onboarding before on-site testing
• Standard orientation protocols apply
