Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician
Position Overview
Join the facility's cardiovascular operating room team as a travel CVOR Tech. You'll support complex cardiac procedures in a fast-paced surgical environment while contributing to a collaborative care team.
Schedule & Assignment
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: Mondays (beginning November 23, 2026)
- Location: 50-mile radius; non-local travelers only
Call Requirements
- On-call duty: 48–60 hours per 4-week period
- Weekend call required
- Option to sign up on scheduled days off or working shifts
- Two on-call rooms available for rest during call periods
- Flexible discussions regarding early release if call coverage is not needed
Qualifications
- Current national CVOR certification (or state education verification as required by Georgia)
- Prior experience preferred: neurosurgery, surgical oncology, and robotic-assisted procedures
- Willingness to float to general OR as needed
