Night Shift Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Position Overview

The facility's Emergency Department is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 16-week contract. This is a dynamic, fast-paced unit that welcomes first-time travelers with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: Three 12-hour nights per week
• Weekends: Every other weekend
• Call: None
• Floating: Within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Time Off: Maximum 7 days per contract (must be finalized at time of submission)

Clinical Environment

Required Certifications & Skills

• Current RN license (Georgia or Compact)
• ACLS, BLS, CPI, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIHSS
• Competency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management, ventilated patient care, IV sedation monitoring, and procedural sedation administration

Important

Full compliance documentation required prior to start. Orientation hours vary by contract length (non-billable). Holiday work required if 1–2 major holidays fall during your assignment.
