Emergency Department | Travel RN | Weekend Package

This travel RN position is based in an Emergency Department in Muscatine, IA, on a weekend-only schedule. The unit manages a range of acuity levels, with clinical expectations including administration of critical emergency drips — pressors, antiarrhythmics, and sedation agents.

Schedule & Contract Details

• Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | Start times flexible between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Contract length: 8, 10, or 13 weeks available
• Hours: 36- or 48-hour weekly contract options
• Start date: November 16, 2026

Clinical Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ED experience
• At least one prior travel contract completed
• Proficiency with critical emergency infusions: vasopressors, antiarrhythmics, sedation
• Comfortable floating within the same discipline across local campuses

Required Certifications & Licensure

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• TNCC
• Active Iowa and/or Illinois RN license

Additional Requirements

• Must not have been employed by the facility system within the past 12 months
• Taxable address must be 50+ miles from the facility
• Submission must include: driver's license, work history/resume, skills checklist (completed within the past year), license verification, copies of certifications, and one supervisory reference
