Advanced Telemetry RN — Nights | Laconia, NH
Contract: 13 weeks | Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (4 shifts/week) | Guaranteed Hours: 48/week
A telemetry unit in Laconia, NH is seeking an experienced Advanced Tele RN for a night-shift contract. First-time travelers with strong acute care backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Unit & Clinical Scope
This is an advanced telemetry position requiring comfort with higher-acuity medical patients. Nurses must be proficient with:
- Cardizem drips
- Insulin drips (hyperglycemia management; not DKA)
- Phenobarbital administration on telemetry
Float to a nearby sister facility may be required on an emergency basis.
Schedule & Shift Details
- 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 4 shifts per week with 48-hour weekly guarantee
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in telemetry or med-surg tele
- Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
- Full NURSYS license verification report for all active RN licenses
- Completed skills checklist matching this specialty
- Requested time off must be submitted at the time of application
- Travel nursing experience preferred; strong new travelers considered
Preferred
- Prior telemetry EMR experience helpful but not required
