Rehabilitation Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
Join the rehabilitation unit at the facility as a night-shift nurse. You'll provide skilled nursing care to patients in recovery and rehabilitation, working as part of an interdisciplinary team committed to patient-centered outcomes.
Shift & Schedule
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- 36-hour weekly guarantee
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
- Winter holiday commitment: You will work 2 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day)
- Limited time-off requests between 11/25–11/29 and 12/23–12/27
Clinical Details
- May float to medical-surgical units as needed
- 13-week contract
- Orientation begins November 9, 2026
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of rehabilitation nursing experience
- Medical-surgical nursing experience
- Active Iowa or compact state RN license
- Current BLS (AHA, ARC, or US Military certification accepted)
- Current ACLS (AHA, ARC, or US Military certification accepted)
- Current PALS (AHA, ARC, or US Military certification accepted)
- Valid driver's license
- Supervisory reference form (completed within 2 years)
- Mandatory Reporter certification required
