CVOR RN Circulator – Cardiothoracic Operating Room

Position Overview

The facility seeks an experienced CVOR RN Circulator for its cardiothoracic operating room. This is a 13-week contract running 06:00–16:30, Monday–Thursday (4 x 10 days). One position available; 36 guaranteed hours per week.

About the Unit

The facility's cardiothoracic program is recognized for surgical excellence and efficiency. The 6-operating-room suite handles a full spectrum of open heart, minimally invasive, and interventional cardiac procedures in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You'll work alongside an experienced team: charge nurse, unit secretary, PCA, and core technician on each shift.

Clinical Scope

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• Extensive circulator experience in cardiothoracic surgery (required)
• Scrub and first-assist skills preferred but not required
• No first-time travelers

Hospital will provide scrubs. On-call shifts rotate among staff; minimal floating.
