Medical-Surgical Nurse — Night Shift | Wichita, KS
This 13-week contract places you on a Medical-Surgical unit working night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) on a 4x12 schedule. Guaranteed 48 hours per week.
Position Highlights
- Every other weekend required; no on-call obligations
- Float may be required to similar units on the same campus or other campuses within the Wichita area
- Scrub color: Ceil blue
Clinical Scope
You'll care for a general medical-surgical patient population across a range of acuity levels, supporting diagnosis, treatment, and recovery within a fast-paced inpatient environment. EKG interpretation competency is required, consistent with the unit's clinical demands.

Onboarding Requirements

- Health documentation: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza, 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot), Fit Test, Health Statement
