Registered Nurse – Emergency Department
Position Details
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Schedule: Every other weekend; no call required
- Contract Length: 16 weeks with 2 out of 3 holiday commitment
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Dress Code: Ceil blue scrubs
About the Role
You'll join the emergency department, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. You may be asked to float to similar units on the same campus or other campuses within Wichita as staffing needs require.
Required Credentials & Licenses
- Current RN license (verification via Nursys)
- BLS/ACLS or equivalent certifications
- Immunizations: MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap
- TB screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
- Fit test and health statement
- Background check and employment verification
- Driver's license/state ID
