The facility is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its team. This is a direct patient care position where you'll apply your clinical expertise in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Current OT license (state-specific)
- Valid driver's license/state ID
- Health requirements at onboarding: MMR, varicella, Tdap, hepatitis B, influenza vaccine, TB screening (2-step PPD or IGRA), fit test, and health statement
- Criminal background check and drug screening
- Professional references and education verification
