Emergency Room RN – Atlanta, GA

AM Shift | 13-Week Contract

A high-volume Emergency Room in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week travel contract. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage a wide range of acute and emergent presentations, including trauma cases.

Schedule

• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hrs/week)
• Guaranteed hours

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Emergency department experience required; trauma experience strongly preferred
• Travel nursing experience a plus
• Active Georgia RN license or valid compact license
• AHA BLS (required)
• ACLS (required)
• NIHSS certification (required)

Clinical Environment

This ER operates at a high volume and fast pace, managing diverse patient acuity ranging from urgent to critical. Nurses must be comfortable with rapid assessment, trauma response, and independent decision-making in a demanding environment.
