Transplant & Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse – Night Shift
The facility is seeking an experienced nurse for its transplant and peritoneal dialysis unit. You'll provide specialized care to transplant patients and those requiring peritoneal dialysis management on the night shift.
Position Details
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Start: Every Monday
- Scrubs: Navy blue
- Location: Atlanta, GA (50-mile radius; relocation required)
Requirements
- Current Georgia or compact nursing license
- 18 months of specialized experience in transplant and/or peritoneal dialysis within the past 3 years
- RN license in good standing
What You'll Do
Care for transplant recipients and peritoneal dialysis patients, including monitoring for complications, managing vascular access, assessing fluid and electrolyte balance, and providing patient education. You'll work collaboratively with the nephrology and transplant teams in a specialized clinical environment.
What We're Looking For
A detail-oriented, compassionate nurse with strong assessment skills and comfort managing complex renal patients. Night shift experience preferred. Must be able to work independently while communicating effectively with your team.
This is an ideal contract for nurses seeking focused specialty experience with a defined end date.
