MICU Nurse – Night Shift

About the Role
The facility's MICU is seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to join the night shift team. You'll provide direct patient care in a high-acuity setting, managing complex medical cases and collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team.
What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients
- Monitor vital signs, interpret clinical data, and respond to patient needs
- Communicate effectively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members
- Document care accurately and participate in evidence-based practice
- Support patients and families during challenging times
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license (state-specific requirements apply)
- ACLS certification required
- Experience in ICU or critical care preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
