CT Technologist – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for night shifts (Saturday, Sunday, Monday; 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM). This is a 13-week contract assignment.
Key Requirements
- Current Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years; cardiac, stroke, and trauma imaging experience is required
- Clinical Skills: Proficiency in abdomen, chest, head, cervical, lumbar, pelvis, and thoracic imaging with and without contrast; contrast media preparation and administration; peripheral IV placement; PACS systems
Clinical Scope
You'll perform high-acuity CT imaging for patients across all age groups—neonates through geriatrics—with emphasis on cardiac, stroke, and trauma protocols. You'll work closely with interdisciplinary teams including IV services, respiratory, radiology interpretation, and rapid response teams.
Scheduling & Expectations
- 36-hour orientation provided
- Floating to other units may be required based on clinical need and demonstrated competency
- Flu vaccine required; no exemptions
- Pre-assignment modules (up to 16 hours) must be completed within 48 hours of contract start
