Clinical Decisions Unit – Med/Surg

Position Overview

The facility seeks an RN for its Clinical Decisions unit serving medical/surgical patients. This is a night shift role on a 13-week contract.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week
• No block scheduling; the facility will work with your availability
• Restricted time off: None during the first or last week of contract; up to 10 days RTO allowed during the assignment (if taking the full 10 days, you may be asked to extend the contract by one week)
• First-time travelers welcome

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in a Clinical Decisions unit
• Kansas or compact state RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• BLS, ACLS certifications required; PALS may be pending if you're willing to obtain it prior to start
• Flu vaccination required; COVID-19 vaccination not required
• Current Nursys documentation (pulled within two weeks) required at submission

• Locals accepted at the same rate as traveling candidates
