Registered Nurse – Telemetry
About the Role
Join the telemetry unit for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing patients with various cardiac conditions.
Schedule & Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (three 12-hour shifts per week, 36 hours/week)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: September 28, 2026
Requirements
- Current RN license (GA or compact state license required)
- Minimum 18 months of telemetry nursing experience
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Proficiency with IV insertion and PICC line placement
- Competency with electronic charting systems
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
What You'll Do
Monitor cardiac patients, interpret telemetry strips, administer medications, place and maintain IV lines and PICC lines, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver safe, quality patient care.
