Interventional Radiology Nurse – Charleston, SC
Position Overview
Join the imaging department as an Interventional Radiology nurse on a 13-week contract. You'll work Monday–Friday dayshift with rotational call coverage on weekdays and weekends.
Shift & Schedule
- Rotating 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and 9:00 AM–end of cases (call days)
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Rotational on-call responsibilities
Clinical Scope
Administer moderate sedation across all imaging departments including CT, MRI, ultrasound, general radiology, and interventional radiology. You'll support a wide range of diagnostic and interventional procedures in a fast-paced imaging environment.
Requirements
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program
- Required: Interventional Radiology experience
- Preferred: Neuro Interventional Radiology experience
- Blue scrubs (facility-provided uniform)
Floating & Flexibility
You will rotate across all departments within medical imaging to support operational needs.
