Labor & Delivery RN — Night Shift | Aurora, CO
This Labor & Delivery opportunity is based in Aurora, CO, on a busy yet moderately paced unit known for strong team cohesion and high-quality patient care. The position is a 13-week contract with a start date of September 7, 2026.
Shift & Schedule
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Self-scheduling available
Clinical Scope
The unit follows AWHONN guidelines and manages the full spectrum of obstetric care, including:
- and evaluation of OB patients
- Labor management and induction (Cervidil, Cytotec, Pitocin)
- Vaginal and C-section delivery recovery
- Circulation for C-sections
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care L&D RN experience
- Active BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Ability to circulate for C-sections
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong OB skills
