Position: IMCU/Stepdown Nurse
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights on a flex rotation. Every other weekend and holiday commitment required.
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: November 2, 2026
About the Role:
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of IMCU experience
- 2+ years of recent medical-surgical and telemetry experience
- Proficiency in neuro care, MI management, and tracheostomy care
- Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips
- Competency with automated medication dispensing systems
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Must pass a telemetry competency assessment on day one
Preferred:
Critical care experience is highly desirable.
Note: Previous permanent staff members are not eligible for travel placement on this assignment.
