We're seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse for a night shift travel contract in Los Angeles, CA.

Contract Details

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (nights)
• Schedule: 36–48 hours per week; 12-hour shifts
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Start Date: October 26, 2026

Role Overview

You'll deliver coordinated nursing care to an assigned patient population, supervising and directing various levels of nursing staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The position requires strong critical thinking, independent clinical judgment, and the ability to manage cardiac-monitored patients in an acute care setting.

Key Clinical Responsibilities

• Assess patients and analyze data to identify diagnoses and care priorities
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Coordinate care delivery and promote a safe, therapeutic environment
• Provide patient and family education and health information
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Delegate tasks appropriately among healthcare team members

Requirements

• Active RN license in California (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
• Current BLS certification required
• BSN preferred
• Electronic health record experience required
• Hospital Fire and Life Safety compliance required

Additional Notes

• Night shift only; no holiday RTO will be approved
• Vaccinations required as a condition of employment per facility policy
