Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
13-week contract
36 or 48 hours per week (guaranteed hours)
About the Role
The facility's ICU is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care. You'll assess and analyze patient data, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes using critical thinking and professional judgment. You'll supervise and direct nursing staff activities, collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team, and coordinate care delivery in a safe, healing environment. You'll also educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning, and delegate effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California
- Minimum two years recent acute care experience
- Current BLS certification from an approved vendor
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification
- Experience with electronic health records systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
