Travel RN – Acute Rehabilitation Unit | Englewood, CO

13-Week Contract | Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 36 Hours Guaranteed/Week

This acute rehabilitation unit provides specialized inpatient rehab care within a full-service hospital environment. The unit supports a diverse patient population including stroke recovery, neuro rehab, orthopedic, and trauma patients — all highly motivated to regain function and return home.

Clinical Scope

• Medication administration (primarily PO, some IV)
• Central line dressing changes, wound care, and wound vac management
• Catheter care, blood administration, and pain management
• Neuro checks, stroke-rehabilitation cares, and telemetry monitoring
• Safe ambulation, toileting, and blood glucose monitoring
• Collaboration with PT, OT, and speech therapy teams — scheduling flexibility around therapy sessions is essential

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current Med/Surg or Rehabilitation RN experience
• BLS required
• Experience in rehab, orthopedic, neuro, or trauma nursing preferred
